- Each GHS resource has 25+ years of experience in healthcare. All GHS consultants have multidisciplinary skills & experience. This may include: Nursing, Group Practice Administration, Hospital Administration, Software Design, Project Management, and Professional Consulting in large firms and/ or specialty firms.
- GHS’ multidisciplinary consultants are more effective. Elusive problems typically exist where there is a transfer of work or accountability from one functional group to another. (GHS refers to this as the ‘boundary layer’ in process flow.) The ability to understand and analyze functions within and between the affected functions aids in identification of risk and mitigation strategies in complex process flows.
- Faster project start-up, lower project costs, and more predictable project progression and outcomes. GHS is constantly adding to a library of tools and methodologies. Work is planned specific to a client’s needs, but does not start from scratch.
- Senior level consulting at very reasonable rates. GHS is a small firm with the same degree or higher of professionalism that would be found in a large firm. GHS overhead runs considerably lower than that of large firms and GHS manages travel expenses in a responsible fashion by avoiding high cost hotels etc. when reasonable alternatives are available.
- GHS consultants prove their worth and integrity quickly. Every GHS client has requested additional work from GHS.
